FAQ

Straight answers.

What you’re buying, what you aren’t, and what’s still on you.

Are these legal advice?

No. They’re editable templates and general safety information. For legal questions, talk to an attorney.

Will a template meet OSHA requirements for me?

Not by itself. What counts is what happens on your jobsite. These give you a solid written starting point that you fill in, adapt and carry out.

Do I still need a competent person?

Yes. Your competent or qualified person reviews, adapts and signs off on each document, and carries out the program.

Will this get my company accepted on ISNetworld, Avetta or a GC’s prequal?

We can’t promise that. The Core GC-Ready kit helps you answer the questions. The platform and the GC decide.

What about my state?

The kits are built on federal OSHA standards. State Plan states may have stricter rules, so check yours.

What file formats do I get?

Editable Word and Excel files that also open in Google Docs and Sheets, plus a PDF copy of every document.

Do you customize the documents or review my program?

No. We sell templates. You fill them in for your company and site.

Can I share them with another company?

No. Your license covers your own company. See the terms of sale.

Are the toolbox talks OSHA 10 or 30 courses?

No. They’re crew discussion aids, not training courses and not OSHA Outreach classes.
